Dutchess Animal Clinic is open during the Covid 19 New York Pause. We have changed procedures to help keep every one safe. Please call for an appointment. We may delay nonessential visits pending current recommendations and your pet's situation. When you come for an appointment please call from your vehicle so we can send staff with appropriate PPE to you to delivery meds, or foods. We do not allow clients into the building at this time. Staff will take your pet into the hospital to be seen and we will communicate via phone or notes or through staff. We are doing everything we can to make pet visits safe for everyone. Though we normally do a lot of disinfecting of equipment, tables, floors etc., Our daily procedures now include disinfection of office counter tops, door knobs, pens, clipboards, phones and all handled objects in general. This is a clumsy and different way for us to interact but very important to reduce risk of transmission to all. Please stay safe and be well. We are interacting by phone a lot so don't hesitate to call!
